Tuscan Blend
Our Tuscan Blend is grown and milled on our farm in Sonoma County. It has bright green aromas of wheatgrass, artichoke and tomato leaf. The EVOO is complex and savory on the nose and palate. It boasts flavors of green banana, pine nut, green almond, walnut and cinnamon with a smooth texture and spicy finish. It is medium robust and medium pungent. It is made mostly of Frantoio and Leccino olives with a small amount of Maurino and Pendolino. CCOF-certified organic. COOC-certified extra virgin.
Where to Find Gold Ridge Organic Farms was started by farmer Brooke Hazen in West Sonoma County, California. The farm sits 80 kilometers north of San Francisco, in the rolling hills of Sebastopol, where coastal breezes and optimal soils provide ideal growing conditions for 30 hectares of olives. The farm is certified organic. We make our estate-grown olives into four organic olive oils within hours of harvest in our Italian Rapanelli press. The results are delicious fresh flavors and generous antioxidants.
