Oleavia Aşılık II Edition
Our Oleavia Aşılık II Edition extra virgin olive oil is produced through a meticulous and 100-percent organic process. Each olive is picked by hand to avoid bruising and damage in late September/early October. Within hours of harvesting, the olives are cold extracted and the EVOO is stored in our nitrogen-filled stainless steel tanks to eliminate oxidation, maintaining its fresh taste and high polyphenol content.
