Hacienda el Lince is an extensive estate situated in the southern Spanish region of Montes de Málaga hills, covering 80 hectares and sitting at an elevation of 700 to 800 meters above sea level. Its rich history dates back to the 17th century, and it was once owned by Baldomero Ghiara, whose wife was the aunt of Pablo Picasso. Today, the current owners of Hacienda el Lince remain committed to the principles of organic management and strive to minimize their interference in plant production.
