Our Andalucian extra virgin olive oil is crafted from a blend of Lechin de Sevilla, Coratina, Hojiblanca, Koroneiki, Arbequina and Picual olives. These olive varieties tend to produce very strong, peppery and robust olive oils, which are harvested and milled in the middle of the season to balance the sharper and softer notes of the fruit. Our olive oils are all made on our third-generation family farm in the Ojai Valley and are all first-press, cold-pressed, unfiltered and unadulterated.
Where to Find Ojai Olive Oil is a third-generation, family-owned and operated organic farm in California's stunning Ojai Valley. Our core heritage grove is nearly 200 years old, and the farm has been producing olives and olive oil since the 1800s. We grow a dozen different varieties and craft a range of EVOOs, including select monovarietals, our trademark blends and a series of infused olive oils. We are committed to sustainable olive oil production for generations to come.
