Our Tuscan extra virgin olive oil is crafted from a blend of Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Picual and Koroneiki olives. These olives tend to produce grassy, peppery, and fruity olive oils, which are harvested and milled early in the season to maximize the green and vibrant notes of the fruit. Our olive oils are all made on our third-generation family farm in the Ojai Valley, and they are all first-press, cold-pressed, unfiltered, and unadulterated.
Where to Find Ojai Olive Oil is a third-generation, family-owned and operated organic farm in California's stunning Ojai Valley. Our core heritage grove is nearly 200 years old, and the farm has been producing olives and olive oil since the 1800s. We grow a dozen different varieties and craft a range of EVOOs, including select monovarietals, our trademark blends and a series of infused olive oils. We are committed to sustainable olive oil production for generations to come.
